This is the BEST home project for our house EVER. They are a family business and everyone was involved in some way or another. We had rocks in the front, dirt in the back. NOW, we have beautiful stamped and HAND painted (NOT stained) unique stamped concrete in the front and back of our house. We sat down with Angel and his wife to discuss our MANY requests in the planning phase. Come Monday morning, they were here bright and early to get started on removing rock and dirt. We asked for special drainage in the back, along with drainage away from the house. That was done to perfection. We asked for a raised platform for our fountain in the back and place small stones in the wet cement. Meticously done! They custom made a compass stamp and hand painted it. They built a sump pit in the back to send storm water to the front of the house. In the front, they put concrete around our bushes next to the sidewalk, and placed decorative stepping stones between the plants into the wet concrete at our request. They did the same on the pathway that leads to the front porch. Also, they special ordered a SUN stamp, and used that leading to the front door, AND hand painted that!! Had to mention ALL OF THEIR ATTENTION TO ALOT OF DETAILS! Superb work! The entire crew was friendly and hard working. A majority of the work was done in 6 days. He came back on Sunday to check some details. The following week was cleanup and a few odds and ends. If you want to do any concrete project, Melendez Concrete Group LLC is the company that CAN and will do it for you. We highly recommend them.

I explained my plans and he offered suggestions in accordance with his expertise and experience, quoted me a price that was far lower then his competitors. Thank you!! Melendez Concrete Group, LLC for the great communication from start to finish. The project came out beautifully gorgeous NO Hairline Cracks, No Puddles, added explanation joints, had multiple finishers, used a cool machine that ran cement to backyard quickly. This is a highly professional concrete contractor in El Paso. All the team came in commercial vehicles with logo identification. Also the entire team had uniforms with their business logo. They used a detailed written contract with a written warranty for 6 months. I wanted a light broom special finish and the owner went to buy the finishing tool at around 200-250 bucks… The bottom line is back in the day I was a contractor for 20 years and I know when I’m doing business with a skilled established concrete contractor, it’s a no brainer. Now I saved the best information for last, there pricing is very fair and they don’t inflated there numbers. We had quotes for triple the price with no contract, no website, no commercial trucks, no uniforms, no insurance, no DBA. That’s NOT good for homeowners, it’s like doing business with a ghost. I had recently gotten my porch done and our dogs were already starting to dig up under it so my solution was to get cement work around it to deter them. Previous estimate from another contractor was twice as expensive as what Melendez Concrete quoted me.
